1. General

These terms apply between Lumisnow AB ("the seller") and the consumer ("the customer") for purchases made via our webshop. The terms follow Finnish consumer protection law and EU distance selling regulations.

2. Products

Lumisnow AB sells bamboo ski poles. Product images and descriptions are indicative; minor deviations may occur.

3. Ordering

An order becomes binding when the customer completes the purchase. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

4. Prices and Payment

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Bank card

• PayPal

All prices are listed in euros (EUR), VAT included. Shipping costs are added and shown before checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery options:

• Standard shipping

• Pickup by agreement

Delivery times may vary and are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing correct contact and address information.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear written notice (email). The product must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice is sent.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

• The customer is responsible for any value reduction caused by unnecessary handling.

• The customer pays return shipping.

Exceptions

Lumisnow AB applies no additional exceptions beyond those permitted by law.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

Lumisnow AB offers no voluntary warranty, but complies with Finnish consumer protection law.

If the item is defective, the customer may request:

• repair,

• replacement,

• price reduction, or

• cancellation (as a last resort).

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

8. Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages returned to us are not considered a valid withdrawal. Actual return shipping will be charged.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy in compliance with GDPR.

10. Force Majeure

The seller is not liable for delays or breaches caused by events beyond reasonable control.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

Finnish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Customers may contact the Finnish Consumer Dispute Board.
