Refunds

The customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days after the product has been delivered. In such cases, the customer must contact info.lumisnow@gmail.com to arrange the return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The money will be refunded to the customer within 14 days after the product has been returned.

If the customer has received a faulty product (which was marketed as standard), they are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact info.lumisnow@gmail.com immediately for more information if you have received an faulty product. These cases are handled individually and may take time to resolve. We appreciate your patience.

There is no warranty on the products sold by Lumisnow.
